We follow a rigorous process to ensure the best quality service and results that exceed expectations:
Preliminary inspection of fire or smoke damage to determine contents and structure affected.
If there is an odor from the fire we can set up hydroxyl machines that will clean the air and remove the odor.
Determine whether contents or structure are salvageable.
If the structure is severely damage and contents need to be removed for construction, we can wrap, box, and move all of your contents to our temperature-controlled storage facility. There, we will clean and store them until the construction work is complete.
If structural damage is too severe, we can clean content onsite.
Determine if contents need to be dry cleaned or wet cleaned.
Determine if walls can be wet cleaned or dry cleaned.
